【The Astor Christmas Chalet】Buffet

From Nov 23 | 11月23日起

This holiday season, The Astor transforms into a cozy Alpine ski chalet, inviting you to celebrate Christmas in a winter wonderland of snowy peaks, twinkling lights, and the warm glow of a crackling fireplace, apres ski. Step into a snow-dusted sanctuary where the rich aroma of fire-roasted chestnuts and hot chocolate fills the air, and alpine comfort awaits around every corner.

Begin your feast with a spectacular lineup of Christmas favourites, including Christmas Roasted Orange Duck, Cheese Fondue, and Halibut Wellington with Hollandaise Sauce. At the Cold Station, indulge in 36-month Iberico Ham and a refreshing 7 Layers Salad, while the Chilled Seafood counter boasts an impressive spread of oysters, green mussels, crayfish, clams, snow crab, brown crab, whelk, and shrimp. Cold Boston Lobster will also be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to elevate the festive dining experience.

For the carvery, savour Roasted OP Ribs, Roasted Honey Bone Ham, and Traditional Roasted Turkey served with turkey gravy and cranberry sauce. Christmas-themed pizza, Sausage Nuremberg, and a Japan Station featuring Shrimp Cracker add a global touch to your celebration.

End on a sweet note at our Christmas Dessert corner, featuring a Christmas Tree Cake, Chocolate Raclette, Christmas Macaroons, Christmas Cookies, Gingerbread Man Gateau, and a Snowflake Vanilla Blueberry Gateau — a whimsical winter wonderland of its own.

To complete the experience, a festive game zone will add an extra layer of joy to everyone's favourite time of the year!

【聖誕木屋盛宴】自助餐

踏入普天同慶的聖誕佳節，普慶餐廳將化身成阿爾卑斯滑雪小屋，讓您置身於冬日仙境之中！空氣中瀰漫著烤栗子與熱紅酒的香甜氣息，加上琳瑯滿目的聖誕佳餚，每個角落都洋溢著濃厚的節日氣氛。

一系列聖誕佳餚輪流登場，包括聖誕香橙烤鴨、芝士火鍋及威靈頓比目魚配荷蘭醬。冷盤專區精選36個月西班牙黑毛豬風乾火腿、色彩繽紛的七層沙律；海鮮冷盤則有生蠔、青口、小龍蝦、蜆、松葉蟹蟹腳、麵包蟹、海螺及鮮蝦，不容錯過平安夜及聖誕節正日限定的凍波士頓龍蝦龍，讓您盡情細嚐海洋鮮味。

烤肉專區精選香烤帶骨牛肋扒、原隻帶骨蜜汁火腿及傳統烤火雞，配以香濃肉汁及紅桑子醬。另有聖誕主題薄餅、紐倫堡香腸及日式專區的巨型海鮮脆餅等，為盛宴增添環球風味。

另一亮點當然是甜品攤位中的夢幻聖誕甜點，當中包括聖誕樹造型蛋糕、朱古力Raclette、聖誕馬卡龍、聖誕曲奇、薑餅人蛋糕及雪花雲呢拿藍莓蛋糕，為聖誕盛宴畫上甜蜜句點。

全新創意甜點「Towermisu」，將經典提拉米蘇化身成桌上遊戲。賓客可將手指餅乾逐層疊起成一座提拉米蘇塔，然後輪流抽出一根根手指餅乾，玩法與經典層層疊一樣刺激，但「Towermisu」更有趣是可一邊玩、一邊食，把抽出來的「積木」蘸上意大利軟芝士和咖啡酒，最後再灑上可可粉，邊玩邊食，雙重享受！

Playful New Dessert ‘Towermisu’

Stack up this high-rise tiramisu tower by assembling the ladyfinger biscuits, then take turns to remove biscuits one by one as if you were playing the real Jenga wood block stacking game. The difference here is you can dip your blocks in sweet mascarpone, house-made coffee liqueur and top it all off with cocoa powder. Now, eat as you play!

【Night Markets of Asia】Buffet

From Aug 4 | 8月4日起

This summer, The Astor pays tribute to Asia's vibrant night market culture with the launch of its new "Night Markets of Asia" Buffet on August 4. Inspired by the bustling night markets of Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, the buffet brings together beloved street food favorites, regional specialties and fresh seafood in a lively feast that captures the sights, aromas and flavors of Asia after dark.

Adding a distinctly local touch to the experience, three selected dishes throughout the buffet incorporate spices sourced from Shing Hing & Co, a Mongkok local spice specialist with more than 60 years of history serving the community.
