Take a deep dive into the double dualities of Hong Kong and Macanese cuisine at The Astor's “Taste of Hong Kong-Macau” Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet, available from October 11! The buffet features the most quintessential local dishes, flavors and textures of the two cuisines, beginning with a complimentary Fish Maw Imitation Shark Fin Soup for each guest. Guests are then enticed to explore the hot dishes ranging from Macanese Pork Chop Bun, Amêijoas à Espanhola, Assorted Skewers, Deep-fried Chicken Leg to Lobster & Garlic Pizza and more, serving an unapologetic feast of East meets West.
For dessert, expect a tantalizing finale of Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Peanut Roll with Ice Cream, Egg Waffles, and rinse it all down with nostalgic drinks like our Horlicks Smoothie or Black Cow!

Introducing “Seafood Romance”, The Astor's new crab and lobster themed buffet available July 29! Prepare yourself for an all-you-can-eat extravaganza at our seafood counter, featuring an impressive array of over 10 types of chilled delicacies served on rotation, boasting a fine selection of Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Tiger Prawns, Whelks, Mussels and more! There will also be a generous selection of Southeast Asian seafood dishes, including Ginger & Spring Onion Sauté Crab, Mala Chicken Pot with Abalone, Thai Curry with King Prawns, Typhoon Shelter Mini Lobsters, Steamed Clams in Sake, and much more served on rotation. At our carving counter, we will also be serving irresistable mains from across the world, including Crispy Pork Hock, Crab and Salmon Wellington, and much more! For every two guests who dine at the dinner buffet, they will also receive a Japanese mochi for dessert on the house.
